RecommendedAfter going to the Advance Auto on New Bern Ave. yesterday and given the run around about my dead battery, I end up going to the one in Garner and "T" was very helpful. I still had a warranty on my battery and he helped me out right away!
Poor customer service/people skills and dishonest. The girl here would not allow me to return a brand new battery jumper set because it was their “electronic policy” I had my receipt (purchased two weeks ago) and the item was brand new, nothing wrong, just not what my boyfriend needed. I thought this seemed strange so called corporate and they called the store and the manager lied to corporate about why it was returned and made up some bogus policy to me to deny my return.
