Recommendedi had a good first impression when i went there. i usualy shop at AZ but i had a idiot light come on, they scanned it and got me the right part first try and im glad for that. car still runnin with no "check engine" light on.

While shopping for a voltage checker I asked for a recommendation, I bought the one they recommended, I mentioned to the clerk that I would buy it and if it did not work, I would bring it back and buy another. 10 minutes later I brought it back as it did not do what I needed. They refused to refund my money stating their policy was not to refund for electronic packages after they had been opened, as if I should know it wouldn't work without opening it. Charged my card three times, left my debit card with no money, and "they didn't know what to do" won't ever come here again, what should have been a 5 minute purchase, turned into a nightmare and now I have to figure out how to get one of the charges refunded. Horrible customer service. Then the manager looked at me like I was crazy, like she wouldn't be upset if 150$ disappeared from her card.

Don't buy anything from Kayla. Lmao girl sold me the wrong cv axel. One that was suppose to be on an suv of truck and I even said this seems rather big assures me it's the right one. Didn't even check the part numbers. Thankfully Leo and Austin were very kind and helped me.
