Great employees, horrible management. Unless you get the displeasure of speaking with the manager "Dave", everyone else is very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and have what you need. If this is how the manager treats a customer, it's customer business that pays your salary pal ;-), I can't imagine what kind of person is he is to work for.
