RecommendedAmazing Employees!!! My husband and I are moving to CA he had to leave before me so I am in Jacksonville alone. My husband left me his truck and took our car. I’m not one to write reviews but I went in today looking for a part and a kind man there (I can’t remember his name) actually helped me change the part in the parking lot. I could not appreciate his help anymore! Will not be going anywhere else for my car needs! Will gladly recommend this place to anyowm
I have been here on 2 different occasions and Ace is the absolute best! He goes above and beyond to help people and to be of assistance in any way he can.. you really dont see good people like him much anymore. Ace is a genuine, kind and generous man who needs to be recognized for all he does. As long as Ace is still there I will never go anywhere else!
Phenomenal service! Was having battery issues and Ace was so awesome! He ran two diagnostic tests on my vehicle to ensure he had the right readings! Would recommend in a heartbeat!
I've experienced nothing less than amazing service here! Today I went in to ask about which bulb I needed because my tail light was out and Luke replaced the bulb FOR me! That saved me over $80+! They are professional and want to help you, which is something you can't find nowadays! Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for your incredible services and staff!
The staff here was welcoming and friendly. Even though my part wasn't in stock they did everything possible to get it for me in time.
