Purchase bulbs from Annapolis store didn’t open and went to Pasadena location and they wouldn’t return them due to clerk giving me wrong bulbs. I had receipt and package not open. One clerk was going to return and other said not to cause her manager said No and he not even in the store. Poor customer service. Call corporate and told them that there system is wrong my bulbs have one prong and system states two prongs. Had to take bulb out of other side to prove to them what my bulb looks like.
