Horrible service. I had to wait 15 mins for a diagnosis to be ran with 6 employees in the store one at the register and others 5 doing absolutely nothing

This is the worst advanced auto parts in the whole state of Illinois. The customer service is horrible, they will lie to you and tell you fake policies. There was a young man who told me I couldn’t return an unused clean product I had purchased the same day, but advance policy is to always return unused in package products. Then there was a middle aged African American woman who told me I couldn’t return my product because I had called out the disrespectful young man.
