This is the worst advanced auto parts in the whole state of Illinois. The customer service is horrible, they will lie to you and tell you fake policies. There was a young man who told me I couldn’t return an unused clean product I had purchased the same day, but advance policy is to always return unused in package products. Then there was a middle aged African American woman who told me I couldn’t return my product because I had called out the disrespectful young man.
