Under staffed, staff is a bunch of idiots that don't understand customer service. Use any other part store in town. They don't even know what a starter shim is 🤣. The management needs to work with their team! Or even new management needs to be put into place.
Alisha was a big help to me today. I needed a new headlight and she was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right one and right price. She also walked me through changing it out. I really appreciated her help!

Had a big order, they refused to deliver. Then they didn't even fill a complete order! I had to chase my own parts when I got to the store, didn't have it pulled. Poor customer service and poor attitude towards customers from the manager. They told me that they would get a part that I needed from the other store but they didnt. Then lied and said they tried to call. They didn't call. Poor job. Never use them again.
