Five stars for Christine… one star for Caleb. Walked in expecting a simple battery test… left with a reminder of what real work ethic and character look like. Had what I believed to be a battery issue… slight sprinkle outside, nothing more. Waited my turn and Caleb let me know he wasn’t comfortable testing the battery because of the “rain.” Fair enough… I offered to do it myself if he’d just tell me how to use the tester. He declined… didn’t want to assist, didn’t even want to stand nearby as he thought it would be to danger... read more
I had to get a new battery and although it was very cold out, Shane and Brinson were both extremely helpful! My old battery was such a pain to get out and they were both very kind and had good attitudes the entire time. Brinson was extremely knowledgeable for his age, I was so impressed, and had a great experience thanks to these two!
