your counter person tried to take advantage of my step sons inexperience, and sell him a ridiculously over priced battery for his crv. 439 bucks, is outrageous, and so was the story he told about how any other battery, would destroy his engine.
Made a $15 purchase for a hitch ball and it was wrong one. Took it back to store with the receipt about 20 minutes later to exchange it and the manager was not going to give me the $3 less. When I asked for it he threw the money on the counter and said I didn't deserve refund because the package was damaged. I told him to just give me all my money back and I would shop somewhere else that doesn't have an attitude. Will never shop at this company again. Mgr name was Greg!
