The guys here today were fantastic. I had to drive my vehicle that needed a serpentine belt and were super helpful and very quick about locating the right one I needed. Most helpful parts store I've ever been to.
Wouldn't cover faulty part bought less than a year ago... Maybe if someone would reimburse us for the faulty steering rack we had to replace our selves that was bought less than a year ago from Advance, I wouldn't have to leave this poor review . I really can't see how management thinks not covering a $200 part is worth loosing 2 comercial accounts that spend thousands of dollars there monthly. But I think the problem lies within the stores computers...I mean we got parts for over a year and all the credit went to a differen... read more
