Awesome customer service! I visited the store because I was having issues with my battery. The General Manager and the Manager were great with ensuring that I had what I needed. By far, my favorite auto parts store!
Big shout out to William Brown for his willingness to help today. Had to jump start my Tahoe this morning and this afternoon when i got off work. I returned to this location because this is where I Purchased the battery from in June of 2021. William tested it and it was bad but he noticed i had purchased the 6 month Extended coverage. I had to stop and leave a review before I left the parking lot. The man behind the counter was so kind. I told him my problem and he had a recommendation for me within 15 seconds. I am spending more time writing this review then it took to get my problem solved and leave with coolant for my car. Thank you so much!!
