I bought new battery in March or April 2018, took it home and installed it in my car. The new battery was dead and would not start the car. I returned the battery to Advance and asked for refund. They refused saying because I installed the battery in my car that they couldn't give me a refund. I discussed this with their corporate office who informed the store to refund my money.
