Bought parts online around 6pm. Went in the next morning and no one had parts pulled. Took the guy 20 minutes and pulled the wrong parts. Didn't have one item that was in stock so I had to drive across town pick up the other part. Supposed to be able to order online and pick up 30 minutes later. NOT

Stopped in this afternoon due to a check engine light coming on in my car. Jeremy took the time to check it, look up the part and help me! Extremely helpful! Recommend 100%!!
Bought a lifetime warranty alternator here, about 3years ago. It went bad, so I tried to return it, to find out that the warranty information is not in their computer. Make sure to keep your receipts for any "warranty" things, if you shop here. I know I'll shop elsewhere.
I was traveling from FL to Chicago and our compressor broke down and antifreeze Hose broke and some kind of belt, but thank God my uncle was with us considering he is a mechanic and knows what to do. We stoped at 1 auto part and they didn't have what we needed and the guy didn't look like he knew much then we went to Advamve Auto and they had everything we needed! Nice guys they let me take my little girl to the washroom which I appreciated. This guys know what their doing and having the parts it's a plus! Thank you !!!!!
We were traveling from out of state and I had a small car issue The technician came out and spent extra time to make sure that our car was running right & took extra care to make sure we were safe excellent service!
I came in for spark plugs for my Subaru and wanted plugs that were one step colder than what was listed.... obviously they were not listed because they were not oem components.. I knew the manufacture part number but not the advance part number. The guy i dealt with was unwilling to search for the plugs i was wanting.... i had to know which car they came on....... smh..... he barely knew how to work the system to find the parts that i wanted..... needless to say i left with the oem ones but i will be going else where from no... read more
