Needed some help with replacing a set of wiper blades. Cameron was very helpful and had a professional attitude. I asked if he would help install them and he never hesitated. In and out in about 15 minutes, tops. Thanks for the help today, Cameron. I'll be back to your store again when I need anything.

My son just had a hernia operation,he asked if they could come out and help him plug a tire because it could cause him more damage. They refused. Right now he is in their parking lot trying to plug his tire. My husband was a manager in Virginia and he always helped if asked. This establishment needs to hire people willing to help the customer after purchasing something. Very lazy and rude employees!! I will be contacting home office. I'm very disgusted!!

Not competent. When the Manager is there they act a little better. When she is not there they make you wait while they are busy doing stock work, and ignore customers. Don't depend on a Battery test or check engine test. They don't know how to do it or read it right. They will cost you money for parts that do not fix the problem. Worst Auto parts people I have ever dealt with. Busy talking to each other while many Customers at counter waiting. Go somewhere else if you need Auto parts or help!

Horrible service employees were unhelpful and very rude I'm just glad the dick pond location is nothing like this

I tried to give 0 stars but it wouldn't let me...the 1 star is 1 star too many! We brought our car in this morning because the battery light was blinking on and off. We were told that it was the battery after they checked the alternator and the battery. So we paid for a new battery and they installed it. 40 miles down the road the car dies and after getting it towed to a mechanic we're told our alternator is bad. So this has been a nice 700 dollar day! Thanks a bunch Advance Auto Parts!!!!
