I cannot say enough good things about the Advanced Auto Parts store on 2760 Richlands hwy. and their incredible team—especially Chris Alford. On what was truly a dark and stressful day, my family and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the road with a dead battery. The online brake builder had a small discrepancy and I ended up getting the the wrong rotors for my wife’s car and the store manager went out of his way to make it right and even personally delivered them to me at work.
