Amazing customer experience!
They came thru had my part
The worst customer service and false advertising I've experienced in my life! The company will list coupons online, on their website and refuse to honor them. I brought in a four dollar coupon found on their site that clearly listed it being used in store or online and the woman literally snapped and me and said "we don't do that". I challenged the representative showing her that the coupon clearly listed it could be used in store and online and also showed her the website which was attached to Advanced Auto parts.
