Wait in line way too long while employees took calls. Only had to purchase two small items, not worth the wait.
Advance Auto in Dover by Target. customer service is poor and the manager Barbara sucks even more. not the 1st time I had issues with this store but I dont appreciate her talking rudely then hanging up on me. she didnt even wanna listen to my problems. customer service sucks.
RecommendedI just bought a battery from here. purchase online for pickup in the store, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Jarred gave great service and even installed the battery for me. It took no time at all and now my car runs great. I will definitely visit Advance Auto parts again. They have just become a new favorite.
I just bought a a bdw crankshaft sensor, had it put in, it was a faulty sensor, took it right back to advance. The cashier told my guy that he was a liar and that wasn't the piece he sold him. Called hq and they stated the cashier doesn't feel comfortable about this same piece and they will call me on Monday to resolve the issue???!!! Please explain to me how they would like me to fix my vehicle with a faulty part that they JUST sold me, with no excange, no refund, but a possible callback????!!!!
Staff is awesome! I broke down right before they closed. They helped to figure out what was wrong, made sure i had the right part then stayed after work to try to get me home with my car. When they couldnt do anymore to help they made sure i got home safe. They also gave me the name of someone who could fix the problem. Awesome staff! Im a single mom on a limited income and they went above and beyond.
