I was in Advanced Auto about thirty minutes ago. I did not get the young man's name who "assisted" me, but he was very rude. He wears glasses and has blonde hair/a cropped hair cut. I had an awful experience with Advanced. I had them install two amps and some speakers into my brand new 2014 GMC Sierra and it did not go well. First off, it took them 6 hours to do the job and when I got my truck back, they had busted up my door trim on the driver's door and the passenger door would not open from the inside. They let me drive off knowing the trim was just setting in place. There was grease on my passenger seat.
