If it wasn't associate worker Roslyn I would be super heated I was denied service from another associate or manager whomever he is. I asked can I borrow him for a second to see if the process i was doing was correct he told me no, we don't put bulbs in. Smh I didn't ask him to put it in and the other employee didn't assist me at all.

Their service was excellent. The only issue I had with them was that when I brought the Denso Iridium spark plugs all three of them were supposed to be new but someone else who brought them had used them and decided to return them for a refund and the salesperson did not check them before putting the spark plugs back into stock. I went home and were going to put the plugs in and found out that all three new plugs had carbon fouling on the ring and anti seize on the threads of the spark plugs.
