My battery died and I had to get my car jumped to get to the store to get another one. I went in and they refused to install it because the company said it was over 30min to install a new battery?!! Left me sitting in the parking lot waiting for the tow truck to come give me a jump while their three employees watched from the desk. A female by herself in 30 degrees weather! NEVER will give them my business EVER again!

This is the WORST place ever!!!!! I will NEVER go back here!!! My check engine light came on my 2006 PT Cruiser and my regular mechanic is not open on weekends. So I thought I could come to Advance to do a quick diagnostic so I could tell my mechanic what they came up with. They stopped doing that on June 3rd of this year, so the employee suggested I go about 4 miles down the road to Auto Zone to get it done.
