I ordered serpentine belt at 8:02 AM. It was supposed to be delivered by 11. I consistently called more than five times and was left on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. The commercial wouldn’t even help me or figure out the time of when the Store driver would come And I showed up to the store that it was supposed to be delivered to and at 2:28 I was told it would be 30 minutes and I’ve been sitting here for a hour and it’s still not here I’m a mechanic and they are costing me money it shouldn’t take almost half a day... read more

By far the best experience I've had at any at any automotive aftermarket ever. Everyone was friendly and extremely problem solving. Specifically Bryan who was very eager to help and did everything perfectly. More then earned a loyal customer. If you need help or just want to support a store that deserves it high recommend Advanced auto in goodlettsville.
Best customer service and support ever. Had a lifter collapse. Had to pull the head to fix it did it in there parking lot employees were amazing
