Purchased something with a rebate. The rebate came, after about two months, in the form of a card that can only be used at Advance Auto Parts. SUPER DUPER LAME.
I always utilize Advance Auto parts for my medical transportation fleet we even have a corporate account today was going to get a case of oil but needed to use the bathroom really bag the general manager steve combs had really horrible customer service as I explained I really needed to use the restroom he told me go to Burger King and he would not be intimidated uhhhh since when is it intimidating for a woman to ask to use the restroom? I was very happy to find help with my dying battery. I'm unable to walk far or stand for any length of time so I went early hoping they wouldn't be too busy. Steve answered the phone acknowledged he saw me outside and came out to check my battery. Ended up needing a new battery and the whole experience was fast & efficient. I'm grateful not to have to worry about getting stuck somewhere. Oh and I still got to work on time!
By far the WORSE auto parts store. Which is a shame considering it is the only store of its kind in Finneytown. Always ignored, employees too busy on personal phone or hiding in the back. Oh and absolutely NO CLUE how a guest can reach corporate. Displeased.
