This is by far my favorite place to go for anything that has to do with your vehicle the staff is very amazing and I would recommend this place over and over again
We went in on a Sunday afternoon and the 2 people working were absolutely amazing!! They got us the parts we needed and while she was looking in the computer, he was looking in their catalog. After a long day of nothing but issues, the parts they gave us worked fantastic! We will definitely go back if we need more parts.
I am 67 years old and I bought a grease gun and it didn't work. I was able to pack one bearing. The clerk accused me of using it and bringing it back which is the same as calling me a thief. He said he wasn't born yesterday. They wanted to exchange it but I didn't want to have the same problem. Gladly the manager gave me my money back. I guess they have closed a bunch of stores so they must have some financial problems. I will never shop at another advanced auto parts.
