Rude, idiots working there, including the manager. Sign on door says masks required. But the idiot working was right in customer's face without a mask. Dangerous place during this pandemic.
Paul, the manager would not wear a mask and gave no medical reason for not doing so. He was nasty. When I said I would not be returning, he said good, don’t need people like you in here. Sign on the window says masks were required or use curbside.
A friend of mine went there and was treated badly, the issue was wearing masks , the clerk was rude and refused to wear a mask and did not require customers to wear. I traded there regularly , I will not go there anymore. This is a dangerous place in our community. No respect for his customers, no respect for our community. I Will not use any other Advanced Auto Parts either.

My husband called Advance on Simpson Ferry Road and spoke with a very nice young man at the counter. He had difficulty helping so he transferred the call to his manager. After a very brief conversation with this rude man, the manager hung up on my husband. We tried contacting the corporate office to complain and every option took us to a busy signal. There is also no online form to make a complaint. What a company! Auto Zone is for us!
RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; RUDE; ....The one and only time I've entered an Advance Auto Parts store and received very RUDE service; disgruntled employee's, sour puss faces, the answer I received... "I don't know..." Classic for haters! (April 3rd around 2pm)
