I walk in and see two staff members behind the counter not interacting with customers. "01" asked "02" if he wants him to stay until 4:00 to help until another person comes in and is told "No". "01" turns his attention to me and I asked if there was someone available to install a battery. I was told by "02" that there is no one to install a battery because he is the only one working(Despite offers from his colleague to help him out).
