I needed several suspension and brake parts for my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Not knowing exactly what I needed, I went to the Schoenherr location but first spoke to Brad on the phone who was very helpful. When I went to the store I was helped by Kelli who explained all the differences in parts and made recommendations that made sense. There is an AutoZone closer to me, but they never have the parts I need. I should just go to Advance Auto right off the bat.
Great job, my battery died on my way to the bank, saw the Advance Auto Parts sign and pulled in. The young man cam out checked the battery and replaced it with no labor costs. Kudos to the young man that helped me, unfortunately I don’t know his name but took car of my 2008 Jeep like it was his own
Needed a new battery installed. Stopped in, Charlie double checked that he could do it, which he could and quickly installed it. He, and his staff, were polite, didn't try to push anything extra and were efficient to switch out the battery. I will definitely recommend this to anyone else needing a battery installed. Much easier than going to a shop, or doing it myself!
