Wonderful experience. Needed a new battery NOW and got it installed. I have a 27 year old car that needed a battery not so common anymore. They had it. So very pleased.
I decided to try Advanced in Levittown today rather than the one I normally frequent in this area. I was helped by a Christopher He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with what I needed, a great asset to this location. While I was waiting I also noticed the store was clean, organized and appeared to be well stocked. Advanced Auto has a new customer based on the above statement. Thank You
Excellent friendly customer service!!! Bought wipers here, they installed them and even diagnosed the electronics in my vehicle. Definitely coming back! Edit: Came in to purchase a battery and get it installed but the associate said they're too busy just after helping another customer do an install. He wasn't working by himself by the way. Ridiculous customer service! Went to the Hicksville location and they helped me with zero issues.
