My wife's car battery was weak and we brought it there to get it checked. Everyone was very helpful and professional.
A stranger at my hotel pointed out that I had a taillight out. The next morning I saw the same man. and he suggested I go to Advance Auto Parts just around the corner from my hotel. This was the best experience I’d had all day. The customer service rep. (Bobby) was so professional and helpful. His trainee was equally helpful. Bobby not only sold me what I needed, he showed me where it goes, how to install it and in 5 minutes replaced the burnt bulb for me. This saved me so much time and trouble! My battery needed to be replaced. I arrived around 7:45/8pm and was immediately assisted. Bobby was so informative, very nice, and was truly helpful. Thank you for the amazing customer service and ultimately getting my car back running well! :)
