Recently, I went in for a pick up in store order. No issue. However, I came in a week later to return the items with proof of purchase. Seemed easy enough. When I returned home, I received an email from Advanced Auto Parts, claiming I would be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. Store is close and convenient for me. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and also clean. There are many auto parts stores around me and I stop here for the ease of store set and good staff!
I stopped into Advance Auto Parts trying to sort out an issue with an aftermarket headlamp and turn signal bulbs on my 2013 Highlander, and the staff went above and beyond to help.
