I brought a carquest mass air flow sensor for my car on 6/20/26. Like to point out I was sold the wrong sensor originally & had to drive back to get the right one! After comparing the data from my old sensor with the new carquest sensor (using a obd2 scanner) I found out my old sensor is good. So I tried to return the carquest sensor on 6/22/26. Automotive company that can't order or doesn't have any stock of u clips. Employee was eating food on counter at checkout, must have been high cuz he couldn't process what I asking.

Recently, I went in for a pick up in store order. No issue. However, I came in a week later to return the items with proof of purchase. Seemed easy enough. When I returned home, I received an email from Advanced Auto Parts, claiming I would be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. Store is close and convenient for me. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and also clean. There are many auto parts stores around me and I stop here for the ease of store set and good staff!
