I bought an alternator online and went there and they said they weren't filling online orders. The next day my order was cancelled due to there inventory and the exact alternator and same part number was in Stock but the price went up $200. I also asked about picking it up at a different advanced auto parts store and for some reason they couldn't do that despite the fact multiple stores had it in stock. They should honor there advertised price
Very unprofessional and rude. I called them twice. And showed up twice I don’t understand why they cannot tell you that their “system is down” They do not want to seek to anyone but a few chosen ones. You can see this man loading up.
