The rep was reluctant to help but I did find the part I need.
DO NOT COME HERE I came to this location two nights ago because my battery had died, and I needed a replacement—simple enough, right? I chose this place thinking they’d help with installation like they advertise. Boy, was I wrong. Mario was the only saving grace of this disaster. He did everything he could—tested my battery, helped me find a replacement, and genuinely tried to help. I feel terrible that someone like him has to work under such poor leadership.
