Asked for help finding a headlight bulb. Guy working told me to “google it”. Girl working pretended that she was looking on her computer but was just clicking the same thing on the screen, and was also very unfriendly. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Give your business to somewhere else that deserves it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Visited Advance Auto Parts in Appleton today - We were looking for a remote which unfortunately they didn’t have. However the person in the store, Gavin was super helpful. He helped us search for the remote in the store. Later he printed out for us to order online. Kudos for your service. Will visit again if required.
Not very happy. An employee took a picture of our order WITH ALL OF OUR INFO FROM THE STORES COMPUTER and sent it to our neighbor saying "look who's name came up and I get to pick a order for". When we picked up the order I proceeded to talk to both managers on duty and they didn't seem to care at all about the picture. I am livid that my husband's info like name address and email are being sent without our permission. Who does that!
