Went in tonight to try and return a part we bought maybe an hour prior to having to go back, we received the wrong fuel filter. Brought all 3 receipts in because i was unsure which one the filter was on. (Did 3 online and pick up in store orders) Girl working said its not on any of them and doesn’t know what she can do to help me and gave me the worstttttttt attitude ever said forget it i will just buy the new fuel filter and try returning with someone else. They have downgraded themselves... By that description, you should be wary. There are other places to get parts; maybe they should keep that in mind when hiring, younger is not necessarily better. A word of caution: when ordering parts never pay for them up front; be very hesitant when asked to do so. If they refuse your order, simply move on to any other parts place. Maybe time has finally caught up with the ongoing poor service that seems to have existed for far too long...good luck. There are other places to get parts....... read more
I have to go up there to get my part's, they always have part's for my old truck, the one by me doesn't seem to ever have any parts. I appreciate a good auto parts store and this one is excellent
