They were very eager to help us find a can of vinyl and fabric spray. When we went to our upholstery repair shop for the boat seat he said he could fix it with the same leather and that we didn't need the can if vinyl and fabrick spray we purchased. We took the brand new never even touched can back to Advanced Auto Parts receipt in hand and he would not give us the $15.81 back. Store policy!!!!!! Well we make it our policy to never do business with them again . They can do better!!
Had to return two items from a single transaction at two separate times. The first return the manager took my original receipt and threw it away. When I came back to return the second item I was told that I would have to get it back as in-store credit even though they pulled up the transaction under my phone number because I didn't have the original receipt. There was no return policy on the receipt and we were not informed of this when returning the first item
Very helpful.
The people there are so nice and we have had the same experience out of state, so I always go back there. Their prices in line with other places.
