I recently encountered an issue with my C10, which wouldn't start while I was attempting to make a simple purchase. I ended up stranded for 3-4 hours. During this time, Israel, Freddy, and the parts delivery specialist each came out to check on me, offering valuable suggestions. They provided a jump start when needed and ensured that a tow was arranged at the end of the situation. The entire team went above and beyond to assist me, and I greatly appreciate them.

Employees are not qualified technicians and should not be giving advise on what parts are better . I went for brake pads and they gave me the wrong ones after giving them the model number I needed , the car make model year and VIN . After all that they said these will fit even if it’s different number . Wellllll they did NOT fit and had to drive back 3 times till I got the correct ones .
