I had purchased new wipers at the Advanced Auto Parts in Traverse City and the passenger side wiper didn't connect well to the windshield and poorly wiped. It hadn't resolved by the time we got to Petoskey and James was very helpful and changed it out and within minutes we were back on our road trip! Thanks!
Terrible service. Walked in & before I even said anything the heavy set young dude at the counter could barely look me in the eyes and didn’t help me out at all. Absolutely useless employee. Went to auto zone and they helped me no problem. Never going back if that’s how you treat your customers.
Matty was very helpful and informative. He even recommended a tire place in town.
