refuses return because item was out of the box when the item didn't fit, unfriendly staff that then lied to customer service. Go to autozone it will save you money and time. Milton "you wouldn't buy a bag of chips someone opened and ate" when talking about a return item horrible analogy. Overall very rude and they refused a refund of any kind even an exchange.
