Advance seems to be having some logistal problems ; half my order was ready, the other half was not. This used to be one of my favourite retail quick stop chains. Lately, I have my concerns.
Patrick was a great help and went above and beyond helping us install our new battery :)
Customer service sucks...not helpful ,like I was Bothering them. Spent my money elsewhere.
My vehicle had broken down a couple weeks ago and thankfully Kevin the manager there was kind enough to allow me to leave my vehicle there. I just wish they would have diagnosed my vehicle properly because I was told that it was my alternator but it was my alternator it was my starter that went out. Thankfully I got a second opinion because I would have been highly upset having to spend almost $500 for part that didn't need to be replaced
Sign said they install wipers. Neither employee could help me or show me how to do that at the Zebulon Rd location
