I called advance auto on 1770 central ave today ,Mark immediately put me on hold because he had 2 customers in the store in front of him,which I had no problem with. No stars from me. I was in the Mill Hall store on 7/17 and the young man behind the counter (Christopher) was very helpful, he deserves a 5 star for helping me out. Today 7/18 I returned to the same store and the young behind the counter that help me (Joey) was also very helpful. Both these young men deserve recognition for a job well done very focused on customer service. I wouldn't give them a good review at all and will never buy another part from this store in gonzales and will not recommend t&em to nobody there attitude is smart ass workers and there canceling orders throwing away the receipt and stilling cash

I went to this shop with a battery issue. the store manager was completly obnixious. he refused to listen to me and was condesending and rude. The batter was not sufficent for my needs and all he wanted to do is give me another just like it. You can't solve a problem until you know what it is and you can't understand the problem if you will not listen. I will NEVER again purchas anythng form this shop, I would rather drive farther to be treated with a little respect.

Because Advanced Auto Parts was the only parts store in my area to have the battery I needed I purchased a battery ($200) for my Hyundai and later in the week I brought it back as the current battery still held a charge (it turned out to be the solenoid). I spoke to Debra/Debie or something, she mumbled a lot. She told me I could not return the battery and walked away. So, here is the issue. Today while shopping at Advanced Auto Parts in hermitage we heard a female employee in the back talking about how she would put the hand sanitizer outside with a free sign so that when it rained the homeless people could take a bath .. and talking about pouring some in the ash tray so the girl who digs in there won't want to anymore...
