My battery installation didn’t go as planned. But the staff were nice. And after a few phone calls they were able to take care of the issues with my car. I will 100% use them again. I shouldn’t have left a 2 star review before I communicated with them. So I thought I would come on here and fix it. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts!

Only leaving a star because I had to. These kids are the most disrespectful and ignorant. Long time customer. But never again. These fools sent the wrong part. Mistakes happen. Then my wife takes it back and is questioned as to how she knows what it fits besides what we needed. So they order a replacement. SAME EXACT part we returned as wrong. But who eats it. We do. Almost seemed relatitory
What can I say, it's an auto parts store. They are helpful with finding what you're looking for.
