Walked into the Ruther Glen, Va store today at 3pm. There only was 3 customers in the entire store. 2 of the customers were together and then myself. There were 2 ladies working at the counter. (UPDATE) 01/11/2026. - So I decided to give this store another chance it is now 3 years later and the store is still the same. I was reading on the Caroline County website that there are two new auto parts stores coming to the area. Keep up the bad customer service soon there will be other options. (DO BETTER) Reading all the bad reviews and I noticed they all have the same rubber stamp response and to be truly honest nothing is done about the complaints. 2 times in a row I order something online and get to the store for them to tell me they don't have it. Not only that, but they were common parts for a Chevy 5.3 which is one of the most popular, if not the most popular, engine on the road. What an absolute joke.
