If unknowledgeable and clueless auto parts employees are your thing. Then this is where you want to shop. I have given up after moving close to this AAP, one year ago. I will drive to Oreillys. DON NOT SHOP HERE. NONE OF THE LOCATIONS
Hey guys, this was the ONLY place in the entire state of Oklahoma that had the part I was looking for! I had driven to AutoZone and O Reilly ,(after they both said they had the part, but didn’t) and finally, found the part I was looking for! ALSO.. the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO!!!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I bought a alternator and they charged $40.00 for a core charge and charged tax on the total. I returned the core for a refund and credited $40.00, I told them they owed me the tax I paid on the core charge, the older lady YELLED from the back saying tax isn't charged on a core charge, I showed her the receipt and she still denied it and called me rude, she finally called someone and they told her the tax WOULD be included in the refund, I asked her to admit she was wrong and she said I was wron... read more
