Good experience at this store. As an independently owned and operated woman, I'm learning to fix things myself. I walked in, explained what I needed, and was out the door within minutes. Now I'm ready to charge the A/C in my car..I hope it has a happy ending. Groovy :)
I'm sitting in the parking lot of Advanced Auto parts in Vienna WV in front of the door in the rain. I spent 20 minutes trying to get my truck started after spending to much money on stuff that I could have gotten cheaper at the Walmart next door, while the two employees smoked cigarettes and pretended that I didn't exist. Thanks for the help 😡🤬
Right at closing on a Sunday they took care of me with a great attitude.
