Went to advance to look for a thread repair kit for an f150 spark plug that blew out, Didnt see it in help section the employee Dalia went out of her way to look in the system for it and in the rental tools couldn't find it still, she went to back and insisted she's seen something like old stock sure enough she found it. She saved the day for my customer that was passing by.
