Purchased a battery about three years ago, had it replaced under warranty. The "new" lasted less than 2 months and 2 weeks past original warranty. And are not willing to help in any way. It seems the only difference between "bottom quality" and "better quality" is the warranty, same battery different sticker. I hate to say I will not go to any of their stores again. The staff tried but management is horrible.
Came in for a battery warranty replacement after rapid charging showed a failed cell. Wes was a big help and very friendly to work with (best wishes as you climb the ladder, rockstar). The manager made some calls and helped to process the transaction - have your phone number or receipt and driver’s license ready. Very good service overall.
Saved my ass today and helped me repair battery terminal!!!!!! Highly recommend
I’ll give this place a 10 out of 10 the customer service there was absolutely amazing. I bought two batteries from The store recently and one went bad on me. I went back in. They tested it and gave me a new battery. No questions asked the guys were completely respectful. I Used to go to the AutoZone in Abington I stopped going there just because of the people that worked there they had no clue what they were talking about these guys do
Nice service and price was reasonable.
