I swear EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in the store, I get rung up by "Mr. Personality". I would love to tell you his name, but he always has another jacket on that hides his name badge. He's a younger white guy. He clearly does NOT want to be there. I've had him ring me up and then say under his breath, "Well I guess I'm not going to get my work done today" as if it's my fault that I'm a customer. They were really nice!!
Shawn was great!! He deserves a raise or a bonus! He helped me out a few weeks ago changing the battery in my car for me. The battery was very corroded which made it difficult to change but he was very kind and worked hard on getting it done for me. He saved me a ton of time and hassle by getting it done for me at the store. Thank you, Shawn!
