I ordered a part on line and had it delivered to my house. turns out it was the wrong part. the return policy states "Return to any store location for refund" when I attempted to return it I was told "We can not get the computer to accept the return. but we can give you store credit for the amount but not for the same day delivery charge." when i asked why i was informed to call the customer service line and see if they can help but they are not available until tomorrow. the attitude was like i was a bother to them and they ... read more
