My experience at Advance Auto Parts was mixed. On the positive side, the store had the part I needed available, and I appreciate having a local place where I can quickly check inventory and get automotive items without waiting for shipping. However, the overall experience could have been better in terms of customer service, speed, and attention to the customer.
