Needed a rear windshield wiper for my CR-V. Purchased one from the Barnesville location and the guy there installed it with no issues. Went in today, purchased one and asked the lady for help putting it on. She refused and said, "We don't do rear ones anymore cause of how difficult they are and we've had like 3 staff break them in the past so we won't do them now."
