I have an AGM battery. Ultima Yellowtop. It has no cranking amps, voltage drops below 10v under load. It does have a "surface" or "ghost" charge of 12.99 volts because I ran it under a CTEK AGM charger over night. This guy wouldn't load test it or charge it because his volt meter read 12V. I don't think the employee was being rude. Likely I was a bit more on the agitated side. But in all of my life I have never had an issue dropping off a battery to be charged at an Advanced Auto.
