Staff was great, very helpful.
I called this store to get some brake pads and rotors. The person on the phone said they were at another Advance store in Asheville. I asked when they could be there for me to pick up, and his reply was that I either had to drive to Asheville to pick the parts up, or come in to Waynesville and PAY IN ADVANCE to get them to bring it on their almost daily run to/from Asheville.
