I first came in to get a headlight for my Subaru. I gave the assistant my car model and year, they gave me the wrong headlight when I tried replacing mine. I came in to get another headlight (the correct one this time), and it did not work. Good money, gone.
Impossible to return items that were purchased online to pick up in store which is beyond ridiculous. They say their online stuff is separate and there's no way to make return without physical receipt even though I clearly made and purchased item on their website for in-store pickup but for some reason they can't do a return. Other than accepting returns for purchase items online for in-store pickup Advanced Auto Parts is okay but the whole not being able to return things when it's clearly in their system made me knock down ... read more
