I really don’t understand why a simple cover can’t be taken off to replace a battery. To turn down business and someone wanting to buy a $200+ battery seems crazy to me.
I think consistency with a company is important and professionalism as well! I don't do kindly with people raising their voices when they're trying to explain something to me. I wanted my 10% discount because I'm a veteran. The store manager would not honor it, because the item was on sale. He has honored it in the past with past purchases that were on sale.
