Went to get a battery for our car yesterday, while the service was fast the customer service was non existent. Even though my husband is a happy go lucky friendly guy, the 2 boys working barely said a word. It was very mechanical, no conversation other than what car we had. No greetings, literally just “pointed” to where to put the battery. Don’t know if maybe they were having an off day but it was almost painful to be there, like we weren’t welcome at all.
